The case study shows how we digitally transformed the yard logistics at one of the largest refineries in the region. Our Sensor Macedonia team used the modular AURA platform to connect all key steps of vehicle movement into one clear, trackable and automated process.

This helped remove manual tasks, reduce waiting times, improve traffic flow and safety, and give a complete real-time overview of what’s happening in the yard. The solution connects hardware and software and safely integrates with the SAP ERP system, providing a single source of data and easier decision-making.

We are proud that this project, bringing together the expertise of teams from Slovenia and North Macedonia, has been recognized as a regional best pcase study.
